Do yourself a favor and read this "kids'" book immediately. The drawings are fabulous and so is the story! Enjoy!
It was a pleasure watching this story slowly unwind on a small college campus. It is so much more than a baseball book. The characters are fully developed. A great read!
Flavia de Luce is becoming one of my favorite characters!! She is an 11-year-old chemist/detective/genius that I desperately want to meet!Loved this book!
I love Grisham's books and this one didn't disappoint. I love his writing style. This book is about mass-tort litigation which is fascinating to me.
Thought-provoking book on solitude, silence and prayer. It offers some really good insights on all three.
Fascinating look at how something as simple as a checklist can make a big difference. Reminded me somewhat of a Malcolm Gladwell book so I enjoyed it.
Very clever book and entertaining. Better make sure you are up to speed on Jane Eyre before you read it. I had just seen the movie which helped since I haven't read Jane Eyre in about 15 years.
Daniel Silva is one of my favorite authors. I have read all of the books in his Gabriel Allon spy series. (Disclaimer: I love a good spy story.) His books just keep getting better and better! A great read!
I found the book fascinating, but had trouble keeping up with the different story lines. I think that is my problem not the author's. :). I like her writing style. The book is mysterious and keeps you wanting to find out more.
Fantastic! This is the 21st book and the series and they just keep getting better! Loved Kinsey Millhone and loved this book!
Won this book from Goodreads Giveaways. I loved this book! I couldn't put it down and read the whole thing in one day. It is the story of Henry House, a child raised in a "practice house" in a home economics program at a university. The story is original and intriguing. Highly recommended!
